Produced by The Event Umbrella on behalf of Ealing Council, the comedy, blues and jazz festivals are an intrinsic part of the musical and comedic history of the area and bring the great British festival experience to your doorstep.

Ealing Comedy Festival’s side-splitting line-up of comedy greats includes Dara O’Briain, Stephen K Amos and Kerry Godliman – plus some special guests, including Tik Tok sensation Jeff Innocent.

Founded in 1987, the Ealing Blues Festival brings together blues, rock, folk and country music to 2 stages, headlining veterans of the guitar scene alongside the new wave of talent from both sides of the Atlantic.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary, this festival attracts the best of jazz and world music and is one of London’s longest running jazz events. Nubiyan Twist is set to close Ealing Jazz Festival, headlining the Big Top mainstage with their powerful big band sound.

How to enter the competition

To stand a chance of winning, you have to answer the following question correctly and send your answer in by email to aroundealing@ealing.gov.uk by the deadline of 11.59pm on Thursday 18 July.

Question: Which act is closing the Ealing Jazz Festival?

Please make sure the subject line of your email is ‘ESF competition’ or it might not be entered. Once the deadline has passed, 2 winners will then be randomly drawn out. Only the winners will be notified – and these must respond by email in a stated period of time, or alternative winners may be drawn in their place. Your email address used to enter the competition will not be used for any other purposes. Names of winners may appear on the Ealing Summer Festivals website or on Around Ealing website. Employees of Ealing Council are excluded from the competition and may not take part. No monetary alternative is available.
