Alton Court, in Copley estate, Hanwell

Want to take a look inside Alton Court?

Take a look inside this impressive show flat on an estate in Hanwell, which is undergoing a radical redevelopment. Our little video tour gives you a taste of what to expect at Alton Court.

Alton Court is the second phase of the project at Copley in Hanwell, and it comprises of 33 apartments and houses, 20 of which are for private sale and 13 for shared ownership.

Developer Broadway Living, which is wholly owned by Ealing Council, opened a sales and marketing suite on the ground floor of Alton Court and the ribbon was cut by the mayor of Ealing, Councillor Simon Woodroofe. Council leader Julian Bell was also there to inspect the site.

Copley Hanwell W7 is Broadway Living’s flagship development; it involves the extensive regeneration of Copley Close estate into a neighbourhood with both private and social housing, and also shared ownership.

By using profits made on the private sales and rentals, Broadway Living is able to build much-needed affordable housing. And all homes, regardless of type, are being designed to the same high specification.

It is an approach that has seen Ealing recognised as a leader in the field and the Copley scheme won ‘Best Conceptual Project’ at the London Planning Awards

Councillor Bell said: “This regeneration exemplifies our proactive approach to creating better places and quality new affordable housing. Ealing is now seen as one of the most attractive locations in London; and Copley, with its excellent transport links, is now very much at the heart of it.”

Future Broadway Living developments will be marketed from this new sales suite at Alton Court, which can be accessed from Greenford Road. It features an interactive computer table, and tablets, for you to take a closer look at what is, or will be, available.

The homes at Alton Court will be ready early next year and the first release of homes for sale there are currently by appointment only. For more information, visit www.broadwayliving.co.uk
