Trophies for Ealing Sports Awards

Ealing Sports Awards back for another year

People are urged to help their local sporting heroes get the recognition they deserve by nominating them for the Ealing Sports Awards 2020. There are categories for amazing local athletes, volunteers, coaches and sports clubs.

So, if you know person or organisation making a difference in the community make sure you let us know when nominations open on 20 November 2019.

Following the fantastic success of events in the previous three years, Ealing Council has again teamed up with local leisure provider Everyone Active to bring the awards to the borough for 2020.

It is all about celebrating the hard work and dedication of local people playing and coaching sport across the borough.

So please tell us if you think you know a club or individual deserving of any of the following categories:

  • Junior club of the year
  • Sports club of the year
  • Coach of the year
  • Adult volunteer of the year
  • Junior volunteer of the year
  • Outstanding contribution to sport award
  • Inclusive and active award
  • Junior sports person of the year
  • Adult sports person of the year

All nine of the award categories are inclusive, and are open to any club, organisation, group, association, partnership or individual based in the borough. What is more, by making a nomination, your name will automatically be entered into a prize draw for a chance of winning a year’s free Everyone Active membership.

Nominations for the 2020 Ealing Sports Awards will open soon and will close at 12noon on Friday 1 May 2020. Visit Everyone Active for full details.
