Lemurs at Hanwell Zoo

Vote now and give these lemurs names

So, you have made your suggestions for names for these lovely lemurs. And our panel have selected the best names from those suggestions for the trio. Now it is time to get voting for your favourites…

All you need to do is go to the public poll on our EalingLondon Facebook page and choose the names you like best.

If you do this, you will be entered into a prize draw to win annual membership for Hanwell Zoo and also a chance to meet the lemurs. Two winners will be picked at random from those who have voted.

A third prize will go to the person who originally suggested the names that end up winning the most votes in the public poll.

All three prizes consist of winning a trip to get up close to the lemurs in their space at Hanwell Zoo with a keeper – and also getting a pair of free annual memberships to the zoo.

Our poll will run for a week – until Tuesday, 3 October (2017). It will then close, and the winning names will be declared the next day (Wednesday, 4 October).

Get voting, and good luck.

Busy time at the zoo

Getting a year’s season ticket will allow you to join in the Halloween trail when visitors get a chance to discover the spookier side of the zoo in October half term; and you can also enjoy the ‘animal wonderland’ Christmas promotion running from 2 December to 24 December when visitors will get the chance to make their own festive decorations and put them on the zoo’s Christmas tree.
