Grow your business with free training

If your business employs 20 people, or less, you can take advantage of free training and mentoring – so you can grow your business and increase your knowledge.

Ealing Council, in association with Branduin Business Support, is offering a support package to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) based in the borough.

The programme is worth up to £2,000 for each business and is fully funded by the council and supported by the Mayor of London.

All eight workshops will be delivered by experienced business owners and the expert trainers will cover topics including social media, customer service, winning contracts and planning, plus much more.

Participants will also get the chance to take part in one-to-one mentoring sessions where local businesses set the agenda and the advisors provide support.

Steve Forey, managing director of Branduin, said: “We are delighted to be delivering our highly regarded programme of business workshops and one-to-one mentoring on behalf of Ealing Council. The council has shown a real commitment to helping the business community by providing this practical support to business owners, and we are sure all participants will gain new skills and insight to help them achieve their business goals.”

Council leader Julian Bell said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for SMEs in the borough to improve their knowledge and, ultimately, grow their business. Having the knowledge to operate more efficiently and smarter will attract more customers and will have an overall positive effect on the regeneration of Ealing.”
