Regeneration of Copley estate moves into second phase

An ultra-modern sales and marketing suite with a show home and virtual touch-table is due to open mid-July as part of the second phase of the redevelopment of Copley estate in Hanwell.

Alton Court will comprise of 33 new homes for shared ownership and private sale, and will also house the new marketing suite. The homes will consist of one- and two- bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses.

The regeneration of Copley will provide a mix of new and refurbished homes for existing tenants, plus homes for private sale, shared ownership and discounted market rent.

It is a project that has been recognised for excellence in building and planning, and won ‘Best Conceptual Project’ at the prestigious London Planning Awards.

The new marketing suite, meanwhile, will not just showcase the Copley development but will also be used to market future developments by Broadway Living, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ealing Council, which is part of the redevelopment work at Copley. It will contain a touch table and iPads, allowing visitors to view the masterplan for the whole development, individual floor plans, the specification and local area information – as well as take a virtual tour of a showhome via 360 degree internal photography.

You will be able to find the suite at Copley Close, W7 1DD, just off Ruislip Road East.
