Tuck into Big Lunch this weekend – then go walkies in the park

Walpole Park in Ealing is hosting two fun events this June – one for your whole family to enjoy and another featuring your four-legged friends.

Pack a picnic hamper and get down to the park for a summer Sunday afternoon brimming with family activities.

This year’s Big Lunch is taking place on Sunday (3 June) between 11am and 3pm. The annual community get together is free to attend and will feature storytelling, crafts and live music. There will also www.pitzhanger.org.uk be face painting and other fun.

WALKIES IN THE PARK

There is also an event for dog lovers, on Sunday, 24 June. Walkies in the Park aims to encourage responsible ownership while also giving you anopportunity to show off your furry friends in a fun, amateur dog show. There will be rosettes and prizes to win, advice and training tips. It will run between 1-4pm (dog show registration from 1pm, show from 2pm).

DID YOU KNOW?
