Employment opportunities on offer at jobs fair

Looking for work, a career change or an apprenticeship opportunity? Visit the Ealing Borough Jobs Fair on Thursday, 17 October and find out more.

You can meet with employers and find out about roles in the public sector, administration, finance, customer service, hospitality, security/stewarding, healthcare, retail, construction, and more.

People can also join digital skills sessions and get trained up on how to use their own devices to search and apply for jobs. They will also receive tips on job browsing apps and apps that they can use to edit their CVs, as well as a refresher on using MS office and Adobe PDF.

The jobs fair is free to attend and runs from 10am–3pm. Pre-registration is not required.

Participants are encouraged to dress smart and bring an up-to-date CV. Those wishing to join on a digital skills session are also asked to bring their own devices such as tablets, laptops and phones.

Ealing Council has organised the job fair in partnership with A2 Dominion, Catalyst Housing, Shepherds Bush Housing Association, Cape Project and Jobcentre Plus.

The event is part of the council’s commitment to ensure that all residents are able to share in the economic opportunities in the borough.
